- 2 cups Keebler Graham Cracker Crumbs
- 1/2 cup margarine or butter melted
- 2 tablespoons sugar
Ingredients: Filling
- 4 packages (8 oz) cream cheese, softened
- 1-1/3 cups sugar
- 2 tablespoons cornstarch
- 1 tablespoon vanilla
- 3 eggs
- 1 cup sour cream
Instructions:
- In a small bowl, toss together all the crust ingredients. Press crumb mixture onto bottom and 2 -1/4 inches up sides of 9-inch springform pan. Chill in freezer while preparing the filling.
- In a large mixing bowl, beat cream cheese on medium speed until fluffy. Add sugar, cornstarch, and vanilla. Beat until combined. Add eggs one at a time, beating until just combined after each addition. Stir in the sour cream.
- Pour into crust. Bake at 325 F about 1 hour and 15 minutes or until center is almost set. Cool on wire rack for 15 minutes. Loosen sides of pan and continue cooling 45 minutes. Refrigerate at least 3 hours.
