French Toast

Ingredients: 2 eggs 1/2 cup milk or heavy whipping cream 1 teaspoon vanilla extract 1 tablespoon cinnamon 1 teaspoon nutmeg Stale french bread (see French Bread recipe, or use whatever you have on hand) Instructions: Beat all the ingredients together with a fork or whisk Heat your pan to medium high and melt 2-4 tablespoons of butter Dunk each slice of bread in batter, making sure you soak through and throw it on the pan Cook until golden, approximately 3-5 minutes on each side

French Bread

Recipe taken from  https://abountifulkitchen.com/dianes-no-fail-french-bread/ Ingredients: 2   tablespoons   dry yeast   1/2   cup   warm water 2   cups   hot water 3   tablespoons   sugar 1   tablespoon  sea or Kosher salt 5   tablespoons   vegetable or canola oil 6   cups   All Purpose flour 1   egg *optional   beaten- for glazing bread Instructions: Dissolve yeast in 1/2 cup warm water. In a separate large bowl combine hot water, sugar, salt, oil and 3 cups of the flour. Stir well. Add the yeast mixture to the hot water-flour mixture. Mix together with large wooden spoon or paddle attachment. Add the remaining 3 cups of flour a cup at a time, mixing well after each addition. After all of the flour is added and mixed in, let sit in bowl for 10 minutes. When the dough has risen, stir down with a large spoon. Pina Coladas

Ingredients: 2 cups ice 1/2 of a 15 oz. can of cream of coconut ( located near the Margarita mix in the supermarket. I love Coco Lopez brand) (1) 6 oz. can of pineapple juice 1/2 cup of Half and Half 4 oz. crushed pineapple (you can skip this ingredient and it still tastes wonderful) Instructions: 1) Throw everything in the blender and then enjoy!
